Eric Reifschneider

Chief Licensing Officer

With over 25 years of experience in global technology and intellectual property leadership, Eric uses his transactional expertise and deep understanding of the licensing ecosystem to define strategy and best practices for licensing programs and platforms including Avanci Broadcast, Avanci IoT, and Avanci Vehicle. A recognized thought leader, Eric speaks at industry conferences, teaches law school classes, and writes articles.

Before joining Marconi in 2016, Eric was senior vice president and general manager of Qualcomm Technology Licensing, which during his tenure saw annual revenues grow to $8 billion. He was previously based in Silicon Valley and the partner in charge of the technology and intellectual property transactions practices of two large law firms.

Eric holds a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School, where he graduated magna cum laude and served as an Executive Editor of the Harvard Law Review, and Bachelor of Science degrees in physics and mathematics from M.I.T., where he was named the top male scholar-athlete in his senior class.
