Alonso Camacho

Vice President, Platform Operations

Alonso Camacho is Vice President of Platform Operations, working to ensure that our platforms function in a consistent, accurate, efficient, redundant, and scalable manner.

With extensive operational experience, Alonso has led teams across a variety of areas including customer service, technical support, trust and safety and reporting. Prior to this role, he spent four years at Meta in Ireland, most recently as EMEA regional lead for HR incident and crisis management. Before that he had three years with Uber in Latin America, two years as a consultant for McKinsey & Company and other roles at companies including Bank of America, Microsoft, and HP.

With an MBA from UNEATLANTICO in Spain and a BS in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad Hispanoamericana in Costa Rica, Alonso is also Lean Six Sigma green belt certified and certified in Scrum Fundamentals and ITIL foundations. Bilingual in Spanish and English, he also speaks some Portuguese.
